Value Priced Orders
For Value Priced orders, orders in which you paid the listed price based on the quantity, you may return any unopened merchandise within 10 days of delivery less a 25% restocking fee, shipping and handling. In order to return goods, you must request an RMA number. You may do this by calling us on our toll free number.

Free Bottle Offer
Please understand that by accepting the free bottle offer you will be enrolling in our auto ship program locking in the low auto ship price of $22.95 per bottle. As an auto ship enrollee you will receive 3 bottles every 90 days. Your first delivery of 3 bottles will arrive 15 days after you order your FREE bottle, so you don't have to worry about running out. Remedic Health will charge the credit card used today for your future auto shipments. Of course, you can cancel your auto shipments at anytime before they have shipped. Cancel within the first 14 days of your initial order and you will never be billed. (As stated on the order form when you submitted your order.)

For all autoship orders, merchandise cannot be returned once it has been received. Immediately after placing an autoship order, you have fourteen days in which to cancel the autoship program in order to avoid future billings. On the fifteenth day your regular autoshipment will be fullfilled and you will be charged the full autoship price disclosed to you at the time of your initial order.

After that you may cancel anytime to avoid future billings. Please understand that once the merchandise ships from our location you may not cancel the order. So it is important that if you do wish to cancel your enrollment, that you contact us immediately. Cancelling your autoship enrollment is simple. Email our autoship department at autoship@remedichealth.com. This is the most efficient way to cancel your autoship enrollment, however you may contact us via telephone as well.
